How a trip works

1. Book on the website, in the app, or by phone. We call to confirm.
2. A verified driver comes to your pickup point.
3. The trip starts only when you give the driver your start PIN.
4. The driver photographs the odometer reading before starting, and the route is recorded from start to finish.
5. Pay the driver at the end by UPI or cash.
